Request for Review for Refunds MUST be recieved within 5 days of receipt of product to be considered for replacement. Requests for Review for Refunds are subject to approval. When you work with PingKarma Custom Designs, you can purchase a lifetime license for your design for just $19. This license gives you full rights to the design for personal or commercial use. It's our way of ensuring you have the freedom to use your custom creations as you wish.
